We have a range of additional services that can help you raise extra funds throughout the year using donor research. This gives you additional information to ensure you are able to maximize the money raised for your charity.

How we can help

If you would like help improving your donor relationships we can work with you to help interpret your donor data for improved fund raising opportunities on a one to one basis throughout the year including at events. Email us to discuss this. If you are holding a live auction and need a Benefit Auctioneer we can help! We have a wide range of experienced in-house Benefit Auctioneers as well as links to professional comedians/compere’s who will entertain your audience and maximize the amount you can raise from your live auction. Our Benefit Auctioneers will also be able to offer advice before your event on which items may be suitable, suggest starting bids and a suitable running order of your event. We can also supply any of the lots from our extensive collection if you need items to auction!

Printed Material

Ask us to produce your printed material. We can provide leaflets, invites, brochures and we can provide in house design and layout services if these are required for your event. If you have a database of people that you would like to contact we can provide bespoke invitations to really personalize your events introduction. We will provide a quote specific to your event.

Auctioneer & Speakers

We can supply a State licensed Auctioneer to make your event go fantastically. The cost of this is usually $795 and we ask that the auctioneer is fed. If you require a speaker for your event we have people available. They can even write the content. You will work with the speaker to ensure your message is delivered and your guests will enjoy listening to the speaker. All of the above are subject to availability.

Reverse Auction

Why not try something different… Our reverse auction service can raise you a significant amount of funds in only 10 minutes and can be a bit of fun for your guests. All you need to do is pick from a specific range of items that we have 10 or more available of and our Event Manager can conduct a reverse auction on site for you.

Step 1

All guests stand up.  

Step 2

Stay standing if you are prepared to pay $x amount for the item, sit down if you wouldn’t pay $x amount, some guests stay standing some guests will sit down.

Step 3

Repeat the process gradually increasing the price

Step 4

When 10 or less guests are left standing call them to the front and they all win the prize, we keep the reserve and you will receive the amount above the reserve for all 10 items

Prize Draw

Let us provide your event with a prize draw that can work brilliantly alongside any raffle you already have in place. You can select from one of our $5, $10 or $20 a ticket star prizes. We will provide everything required on the night including tickets and the star prize itself. Our Event Manager will sell tickets on the night, we will keep the reserve price of the selected prize and you will receive every penny collected above that price
